About John L. Kinsley, DDS

Dr. Kinsley continues the legacy of comprehensive oral health care laid out by his grandfather, who founded the practice nearly a century ago, in 1919.

Dr. Kinsley completed his training in Florida at The L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in 1992. Seven years later, he continued his education at The Dawson Academy for Advanced Dental Study where he gained valuable experience and understanding of restorative dentistry and non-surgical TMJ therapy. The proficiency he gained from these two major institutions has helped shape the philosophy of care he applies today.

Dr. Kinsley’s goal for the practice is to build long lasting relationships based on exquisite dentistry, education and trust.

Valerie

Treatment Coordinator / Patient Relations

Valerie began in dentistry 17 years ago as a dental assistant because she wanted to do something more meaningful than sell fashion; wanted to make a difference. “I love dentistry as a way to help people be healthier and to share what I have learned about how a healthy mouth can lead to heightened self-confidence and well being. It is very important to me to be able to be part of a family of very talented people who share a love for what they do and how well they do it, and who very genuinely love and nurture the patients in their care.”

Valerie always answers the phone with a smile and with that she brings an “I can help you!” attitude. Her knowledge of all aspects of dentistry, from the very simple to complex restorative care, is second to none. She’s a trusted friend and team member who always keeps things fun. You too will come to know and enjoy “Val” as a friend and patient advocate.

Valerie has 20 years of prior experience in multi-unit management/retail. She has been a resident of Rocky River for the last 25 years, and is an avid reader of science and history books as well as biographies. She is an artist, crafter, gardener and enjoys taking walks and riding her bike. She lives with her 3 cats, Petie, Molly and Sophia and her new puppy, Bailey.
